1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between IE Askerov A.G. (TIN: 344222853755, OGRNIP: 324344300027161), hereinafter — "Operator", and any person (hereinafter — "User") who accesses the website at ai09t.tech (hereinafter — "Site").

By accessing and using the Site, the User agrees to these Terms in full. If the User does not agree with any part of the Terms, they must cease using the Site immediately.

2. Subject Matter

The Operator provides the User with access to information materials about AI consulting services, case studies, blog articles, and the ability to submit contact requests through the Site's forms.

The provision of paid services is governed by the Public Offer Agreement published at oferta.html.

3. User Rights and Obligations

The User has the right to:

• Access and view all publicly available content on the Site
• Submit inquiries through the contact form
• Request deletion of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

The User undertakes to:

• Not use the Site for any unlawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site's systems
• Not disrupt the normal operation of the Site
• Provide accurate information when filling out forms

5. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — in the courts at the Operator's location.

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
